我现在还在等OPT的EAD，现在申请485调整身份会不会有什么影响？
-No problem. Provide the copy of your I-20 and the copy of F-1 I-94.

还想知道，申请485后我会是什么身份？
-If you OPT is approved, then your status is still F-1. Otherwise, you don't have a status, but you can legally stay in US with adjustment of status (AOS).

之前我听说会先发一张EAD，然后再批准绿卡。
-EAD is irrelevant to the green card approval, but you need to file I-765 together with I-485 filing to get the EAD to work. You also had better file I-131 for AP in case you travel outside US some time later. I-765 and I-131 application is free (no fee).
