拿到绿卡就快5年了（还有80几天），打算现在递交N400, 第一个问题就被卡住了
Part I, Application Eligibility:
是应该选“has been a us permnent resident for over 5 years"
-Yes.

还是选“Other” 然后注明是提前90天之内file？

现在交会被处理吗？还是anyway他们要等满五年才处理申请？
-They will process the case after you file it, but it will not be approved until you has been green card holder for > 5 years. The process takes time, anyway.
