老公也不急着要EAD或者绿卡，也可能会考虑等我拿了绿卡后他再申请。所以还想弄清以下问题：
1. 我给他交了130后，在130 Pending期间，他能用TN出入境和工作吗？
-As I said before, you don't need to file I-130. As long as your I-140 priority date is current, your spouse can file I-485 any time if he is in US even if after you get the green card. Thus, he can renew his TN any time before he files I-485.  If he is in Canada, you just need to file I-824 for him to get the immigration visa there by following to join.

2. 130 批准后，在交485前， 还能用TN出入境和工作吗？ 若不能，那他是什么身份？
3. 交了基于I-130的485也能像I-140的485一样去申请EAD和AP吗？
