8老师你好，我想请教一下L1/2签证的问题，背景与问题如下：

1. 母公司为中国最大的地面材料公司之一，私营企业。现进军美国市场，正筹建美国工厂，全部生产线开工后会雇佣200个工作机会，第一年应该是雇佣50人左右。中方打算初期派30-40人技术管理骨干来培训美国工人。


2. 10-15人左右会以L1/2签证过来常驻，剩下20-30人以B1名义过来协助培训，每6个月轮换。


3. 我们的顾虑是L1/2签证对美国公司及中国母公司的资质要求是什么？尤其因为我们还不是全球性的公司，申请10-15个L1/2签证是否有难度？申请L签证是否要求签证申请人已经为母公司工作1年以上？申请人本身的资质要求是什么？

4. 20-30人以B1过来协助培训会涉及一些工作，是否符合美国移民法。
-No problem. But you had better hire an immigration lawyer to help you because too many employees apply for the visa at the same time, especially L-1 visa.


5. 美国公司是以LLC名义申请的，对申请L签证是否有影响
-No problem.


6. 除了L签证，是否还有别的签证可行？
-H-1B visa is possible, but it may be difficult to get the H-1B quotes.
