母亲在美，我4月份给她申请绿卡。5月打了指模。今天收到移民局通知，说是可免去面试，但因移民局工作量大，处理时间会延迟6个月。母亲想申请回中国。我想知道：
1. 如果现在申请AP, 何时能收到
-About 3 months. But if it is emergency, she can go to the local USCIS Office to apply for the emergency AP to travel.

2. 用AP 能在中国呆多久必须回美国？
-AP is valid for one year, she will be fine as long as she returns to US before the AP expires.
