NIW I-140据说永远不过期. 有的人140批准之后在国内工作等排期, 到时候这边有工作再consular processing过来.

那么如果有绿卡但是因为回国时间长放弃或被取消了, 还可以基于之前的NIW I-140再次提交485或者consular processing申请避免排期吗?
-No because you had used this I-140 to get the green card. You need to apply for your new green card all over again.
