Urgent question! I submitted I130 for my mother at Jan 2015
without I485 and I have not received the approval for I130

My question is that can I submit I485 now without the
approval?
-Yes, provide the copy I-130 filing receipt notice with I-486 filing. 

will they give my mother AP right away?
-Your mother can file I-131 application for AP together with I-485 filing. If it is urgent for her to leave US, she can bring the I-485 filing receipt, and the I-131 filing receipt (if I-131 application is pending) to the local USCIS Office to apply for the emergency AP.
