1 老板转校了，我和学校合同因此也结束了。在找 下一个工作， 我在I-485 (I-140, Eb1a)申请材料时是否要交Employment letter？I-485 instruction, Initial Evidence， 9 B “If you From I-480 is related to an employment-based visa petition (Form I-40), you must submit a letter on the letterhead of the petition employer which confirms that the job on which the visa petition is based is still available to you. The letter must also state the salary that will be paid.”  这句话是仅仅对Eb1b, 还是对Eb1a 也适用？

2 要不要交两年内的W2表？ 我的2013 只保留了w2 州税部分的单张。谢谢!
