孩子超过22岁了，不能申请h4了。问题是（1）国际学生办公室讲最长需要3星期来出i-120表格，这样孩子才能去签F1签证；（2）她回程机票是17天后。

这种情况能否可以先申请B签证，回到学校后再转成F签证？
-If your child changes status from B-2 to F-1 immediately after entering US using B-2 visa, USCIS possibly may think your child has visa fraud. Also, change of status from B-2 to F-1 take about 3 months or more, and your child cannot take any courses before the F-1 status is approved.
