请教8老师，Priority DAte是什么？
-It is "排期". There is not 排期 for the immediate relatives of a US citizen (e.g. parent, spouse and unmarried minor child).

是不是从这天起，一年内必须交齐全部资料给签证中心，过期就要重新交费？
-Irrelevant.
