还是一定要根据邮政编码来定的？另外，我今天给USCIS打电话的时候，他们说一定要做了FINGERPRINT才能回去。听那个意思好像是不做ｆｉｎｇｅｒｐｒｉｎｔ，就算拿了AP回去，以后也不能进来了。是这样吗？　
-Not true. It is irrelevant, but if they miss the fingerprinting or interview (if any), then their I-485 will be denied. If their I-485 is denied, they can not enter US using AP or B-2 visa.
