今天发现我的绿卡申请批了，9月前会收到卡。本是一件高兴的事情，可是目前有一大问题：先生是副申请人还没批， 人在中国，拿H4签证， 没有AP，原定这个月底到美国，
1. 他还能以H4 身份入境吗，还是有什么其他办法按原计划时间入境？
-He has no way to return to US until his I-485 is approved. Because you are not in H-1 status, his H-4 visa is void. He should have got the AP to travel.

2. 如果月底前他的绿卡也批了，但还没有卡， 如何入境？
-  Mail his green card to him, then he can use the green card to come back. He should tell the IO at the port of entry that he had the H-4 visa in China, but his I-485 was approved during his travel.  Read this link for some information::
