1. I-864a Part 2 问题13是不是只需要填我母亲如果我只申请我母亲一人？

2.十几年前办的出生公证和婚姻公证，现在还可以接着用吗？

3.I864和I864a及financial documents and supporting documents，可以在交完AOS fee之后马上提交吗？还是说必须要等付完IV fee并提交visa application form之后再交？
