NVC很难联系上啊，打电话从来都说busy，call back later，发邮件询问也没回。
-The NVC system had technical trouble in these days, and it seems they just fixed it very recently. So, you may ask NVC to send you the immigration visa fee invoices for your spouse and your child. Provide your spouse's and your child's names, etc. information, and your case# when you contact NVC.
