Please help on TN Pending Issue!!

I just lost my job. Is my H1b(through 9-30-2015) will be expired in 1 week? My daughter got her H4 in port entry. will her H4 be expire in 1 week too? She is in China right now. Will she have touble get back in August? My husbend's company is renewing his TN(through 4/27/2015). It is still pending(the renewal application was received on 4/22/2015)? 
Can My husbend go to border get his TN in border then Get me a TD status?
