去年体检已经过期，RFE要求重新体检.
重新体检没有问题，但要求回应RFE的材料必须装他们提供的小信封里面。体检报告必须由医生打封。大信封怎么装小信封呢？请问8先生怎么处理恰当呢？
-You may use a scissor to cut of the front side/face of the small USCIS envelop which has the address you need to send your response for the FRE to, then paste this front side of the USCIS envelop to the front side/face of a larger envelop, and then you can just put the physical report envelop into the larger envelop and mail it out to USCIS.
