NIW 485 EVL 上面除了注明Job title, salary, job duties (research), 需要注明这份工作是长期性的吗？
（在学校做Senior Biological Scientist, HR 不是很好说话，感觉他们不会愿意写这些话）
-May say " This position has no definite term and Dr. XXX (your name) has the expectation to be employed continually.".
