请问皮匠老师和8老师，还有其它论坛朋友们，最近有收到父母b2延期批准的吗？我2015年1月初递交的申请，审理中心是Vermont Center, 已pending快超过6个月了，可目前还是”“case received"的状态。Vermont Center online case processing time 目前才显示2014年9月底, 简直是龟速审理，不知打电话询问有用吗？

我父母初次入关的I-94是2015年3月底到期，递交的I-539延期材料中申请延至2015年9月底，请问倘若到9月底还没批，父母是否必须继续留美等批准件（即便已超过9月底），还是必须于9月底离境？

如果父母在延期申请pending状态下离开，那么对此延期申请会有什么后果？
-No.

移民局会deny这个case, 还是cancel或withdraw?
-It does not matter to your parents if they leave during the case pending.


如这样的话，父母从3月底到9月底等侍的时间表面上似乎是非法居留，
-It is legally present.

对下次签证会不利吗？
-No, but keep the I-539 application for B-2 extension receipt notice and provide it for the future B-2 visa application. This receipt is the proof of their legal stay during the case pending, so don't lose it (make some more photocopies, in case).
