您好！现在收到移民局的RFE，因为我当时第一次出国的身份是J1，要求我出具在国内住够2年的证据。我没有做waiver，但是我确实住够了两年，可以从我的护照出入境记录看出来。

我想用我的护照出入境时间做证据，你看行不？
-Yes, Exit/Entry stamps in your passport by the Chinese Customs officer and the US CBP officer is very important evidence, but you had better provide more evidences such as: proof of travel arrangements, proof of your physical domicile (rental agreements, local driver license, employment proof-tax return & wage proof, etc.), document where and how you have been living, what you have spent those 24 months doing. The more documentary evidence you can present on this overall issue, the better.
