8老师，您好。我们今天去了学校OIS，他们给孩子办了一张新的DS－2019表，但是拒绝帮助填I－539表，说他们无权填表，要向上司请示。还建议我们找律师帮忙。您能帮助我们，或向我们推荐律师吗，
