我的O3 i539 是1月份递交的，到现在还没批。我现在想回国待1-2个月，回来签证会有影响么？
-No problem. You need to apply for O-3 visa in one of the US Consulates in China. Bring the required O-3 visa application documents such as your spouse's O-1 status proof and recent paycheck stubs, tax returns, marriage certificate, etc. (check the US Consulate website).

我可以在国内等O3批下来再回来么？
-The pending O-3 will be void after you leave US, but it does not matter to you because you have to apply for the O-3 visa top come back after you leave US, anyway.

另外，我的140和485因为转身分的问题，没法递交，请问大家有什么建议么？
