请教8老师：怎样给母亲办探亲手续？

我有绿卡，想申请母亲来美。（母亲本来有绿卡，现在已经过期了，现在必须办B-2探亲签证才能来美。这是上次8老师的答复。 http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/immigration/591995.html）

我搜了一下，没找到如何办B-2的手续的帖子，大家有没有完整的step by step的link可以分享？
