我老公现在在申请父母移民来美国定居。（父母都在中国，曾经申请过探亲可是被拒绝。老公刚刚考了美国公民）
我刚刚帮他填完I-130表格，还没寄出.

现在我在填写I-864.
-Because your parents in law are not in US to file I-485, your spouse does not file I-864 at this time, but provide it when National Visa Center (NVC) to contact him. Thus, your parents in law can apply for the immigration visa in China to enter US to become green card holders.


问题是我在填I-864-PART7是他们问到银行存款我是就填只有老公名字的帐号就好的还是我们联名的也要算，帐号只有我跟其他人没有老公的（小孩等）还要算进去吗？
-Does your spouse's income or your entire family income is enough" If yes, you don't need to  use the deposit or other assets  and just leave this item blank. Click this link to check whether your income is enough:
Form I-864P

 还有老公没有股票什么的我是不是就写$0就好！
-Leave it blank.

还有除了3年的报税单之外我还要提供银行存款单吗？
-No unless your income is not enough.

填好后I-130我要寄出，里面资料包括130表，老公出生公证，护照，公民纸复印件，父母结婚证复印件，支票。还有其它的吗？
-If there is 户口本 (even if it is old one) which contains your spouse's name and his parents' names, then had better also provide 户口本公证.

I-864我要寄回去给父母让他们问话时带走对吗？里面包括864表，3年税单，老公出生证，父母结婚证正本，对吗？
-Just file I-130 at this time.  Then, wait for NVC to contact you and send you instructions, and you just provide what NVC ask at that time. By the way, need to file two I-130s, respectively, for the father and mother.

还有关于I-485因为父母不在美国所以暂时不用填表对吗？那什么时候填合适呢？
-No I-485 is needed. They will apply for immigration visa in China.

因为同时申请父母所以所有东西都要一式两份，那出生公证跟结婚证只有一个正本怎么办？
-Every document is two copies, respectively, for the father and mother. Only need to provide the photocopy (don't send the original one). The parents may provide the original documents such as birth certificate, 户口本, and marriage certificate during the immigration visa interview.

请问大家还有其它表格或是材料需要我准备的吗？

不好意思我有点麻烦什么都不懂，（本来有想请律师的可是他们收费太高所以想试试看能不能自己填）在这里麻烦大家了，谢谢谢谢！
