看最新的 I-130 instruction, 要求住在新泽西的petitioner将I-130寄到 Chicago.

2. As to which Processing Center, I have no way to know.
Do you have any knowledge?
FYI: I-130 Petitioner and Beneficiary both lived in New Jersey
Local field office (where we were interviewed) is in Newark, NJ
