请教8老师，i485问题

I485 Receive date is 04/02/2015, 昨天通知被layoff了，payroll 到7/15，现在赶紧找工作，接下来应该用EAD 还是 transfer H1b, 另外485被拒的话，还能在美国工作吗？

LD现在是TN,  明年到期，是不是她接下来不能申请TN了？
