rfe的回复deadline是30天还是87天？
-Depends on what kind of RFE. Normally RFE for employment status requires response within 30 days because it is very easy to get such a document unless you don't have a job (then USCIS probably will deny your I-485 in this case).

为什么有时候有人说87天？

是因为rfe的原因不同么？

关于EVL的rfe一般是多久的回复deadline呢？
