1997 年办的出生公证现在还可以用来file485吗?

We just found out that the  birth certificate notarization we have were issued in the city where we worked as opposed to  our birth places. Will this be a issue when we use it to file our 485 petition?

Also the document contains only two pages with no photo. Will this be  issue as well?
