十分感谢8老师的指导， 但是我想问移民局要的是 original foreign language birth certificate 的 复印件, 按照您说的 我俩是不是要去户口所在地的派出所开证明啊，然后再找朋友把这个翻译了. 请问您是这个意思吗？谢谢
-You don't need to do it again, and just provide the copy of the birth certificate again (both Chinese version and English version) which you have provided for the I-485 filing, but you need to ask your friend to translate it again because USCIS do not trust the original translation version due to absence of the statement from the translator to certify that she or he is competent to perform the translation and the translation is completed and accurate.

See my above responses to your previous questions and the links I cited for you to ask the translator to  translate the document and make the statement.
