You mean right now I don't need to do anything. Right? But my concern is when USCIS send me RFE for my employment status, and my job offer or employment verification letter have the job description, and wage not being exactly the same as the job description on PERM, what will happen to my I-485 approval? Wage will be more, that is for sure.
