我的I-485 pending 一年多了，I-140已批。最近找了个新工作，在我看来，新工作与现工作不论title和工作性质都是完全一样的。可是新公司的律师问我要ETA9089(PERM)的批准件,以便弄清楚the "exact" job description and wage specified in the approved ETA9089. 可是现公司的律师说必须公司批准才能给我。我现在还没有跟公司说要走，因为要转H-1B, 还不到时候。新公司的律师说如果通过其他途径，比如I-140 petition, 能够弄到这两个信息也可以，可是我也没有找到。像这种情况我该怎么办？

还有其他途径，可以查到我的ETA9089吗？
-No. But your I-485 portability is irrelevant to your new company and thus, you don't need to report it to your new employer/lawyer (you don't need to care them), and not need to do anything to USCIS. Also H-1B transfer is irrelevant to the I-485 portability. If USCIS send you RFE for your employment status, you just need to provide the job offer later or employment verification letter from the new employer.
