我们的情况是这个月可以开始递交了，但因为我们这个月中会回国，一直到7月中回来，是不是走之前不要提交?
-If your status is H-1/H-4 or L-1/L-2, you may just file the I-485 now before you leave US (had better file it one week before you leave US), then apply for the H-1/H-4 or L-1/L-2 visa to come back, which will not affect your I-485. Otherwise, you may not file it.

如果回来后排期倒退，我们就不可以递交了吧？
-Right.

还有如果排期倒退，递不递交没什么区别是吗？
-If you can keep your status valid (e.g. not lose job), then it does not matter that much.
