5月21号收到移民局信，说收到申请，等待通知打手印。父母有急事要回去。能否直接去local office 拿收据直接按手印。
-No. Just reschedule the biometrics appointment if they are in China when you receive the appointment notice. Also, your parents need to have the approved advance parole (AP) for the travel to China. If they don't have it yet, they need to go to the local USCIS Office to apply for the emergency AP.
