Green Card Renew

I just noticed that my 10 year green card will be expired on 6/20/2015.
Which is the better way to renew it, by mail or by efile?  If by e-file, do I need to attach a copy of green card, driver license or pass port? 
I am currently working, do I need to get some authorization for work?
