我父亲申请绿卡到最后一步了(到广州领事馆面试). 但他在中国有些事,希望明年4月之后再入境. 请问拿到绿卡后多久必须入境.这样他知道什么时候约面师比较好. 多谢了!
-Immigration visa normally is valid for 6 months, and that means he has to enter US using the immigration visa within 6 months from the date when the visa is issued.
