假如i-526 批下来可以回国调整身份吗？拿到绿卡后3-10年的限制会被取消吗？
-The problem is that if you illegally stay in US for > 6 months 0r one year, you can not get the immigration visa (green card visa) in China within 3 or 10 year. Also, you can not file I-485 within US to get the green card if you overstay in US even if only for one day unless you marry a US citizen.
