请教8 and P老师: my daughter is age out because of 4 months gap

老师: we got the GC card based on EB2, but my daughter is ageout and can't fill 485, How can we apply for green card for her?
if we apply F2B for her, will her priority date be based on my I-140 date? or on the date i apply for F2B for her?
