My brother and his family have their F4 visa interview
scheduled in 6/15, and we are preparing documents needed according to the instruction.
It seems many documents that we already submitted with DS-260 are being requested
again, so we will be bring our second copies. However, some document we do
not have a second copy, like police certificates. Do we need to get a new policy
certificate or just go without it and tell the officer that they should have it
in their file?

The same thing with I-864, the instruction says: an original
I-864 singed by the petitioner must be submitted with his/her most recent
Federal income tax return. I defiantly don’t have the original singed copy
since I sent it to NVC last year. Should I just give a most recent tax return?
