换工作因为时间比较紧，所以先接了A公司的offer去上班了，后来就得到了B公司的offer。B公司离家近而且各方面待遇也比A公司好。现在的问题是，A公司递交的H1-B petition 还没有approved，B公司准备递交H1-B petition with premium processing。

请问，B公司的H1-B petition是否建立在A公司的H1-B petition的基础上？
-Yes. If you leave A company, then A company will withdraw the pending H-1b petition, thus your H-1b petition by B company may be denied or approved without I-94.

如果USCIS收到B公司的H1-B petition是否就会cancel或者deny A公司的H1-B petition？还是USCIS会直接reject B公司的H1-B petition？

现在B公司的律师要我们去找A公司的律师换成premium processing，我不明白这么做有什么用处。
