今天去移民局参加485面谈,但移民官说我的旧PASSPORT复印件上的VISA不清楚,因为原护照已丟失,无法找到清析复印件,
-Do you can tell the visa number, etc. in the stamp? If yes, that will be fine. You should have the original I-94 of your last entry and the entry stamp on the passport, shouldn't you? This kind of information also can prove your entry to US is legal.

有没有可能从移民局调到原Visa 复印件?
-No way.
