给儿童办护照,父母需要同时带小孩去办理,如果父母有一人在中国,需要一份公正了的同意书(STATEMENT OF CONSENT OR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES). 我的问题是这份同意书是到任何的中国公证处去公证还是到美国领事馆去公证?问了一个中国的公证处说他们公正不给填表不给盖章,只给个另外的公正本本,这样美国这边是不认可的吧?该怎样做很是纠结,望老师指教。谢谢!
