EB2排期到了，已通知公司在等回复。有以下问题咨询:

1. 485也应该由公司递交吧?
-No unless your company will pay the fee for you voluntarily.  I-485 filing is irrelevant to your employer, but you need to get the employment verification letter from the employer addressing the position for PERM and I-140 will still be avalab;le to you after you get the green card and that the condition and term for the position will not change.

2.我是H4, 符合今年政策打算26日申请EAD的，转485后也可以申请了，那么我现在按原计划26日申请没问题吧?
-You either apply for the H-4 based EAD or I-485 based EAD. You need to pay the I-765 filing fee for H-4 based EAD each time, but no fee for I-485 based EAD no matter how many time you apply for it.

3.申请EAD是要等26日移民局网站在线填写i765吗?一般3个月可以批下来吗?这之后可以申请SSN还是找到工作后才能申请SSN?
-Have to get the EAD in hand to apply for SSN no matter whether you find a job or not..
