移民官说律师不会接这样的案子的，因为他们也不知道怎么办，我还是先等Appeal的结果吧。真是麻烦你了!
-The lawyer may not want to accept your appeal case because it seems unwinnable, but the lawyer will accept the adoption case. By the way, the child adoption has to be completed following Hague Adoption Process before the child turns 16 years old, otherwise she will not be qualified for immigration through adoption. Also, the appeal will take a long time (may be several years in some case). So, you had better start the adoption through Hague Adoption as soon as possible.
