请问8老师or皮匠老师 关于婚姻绿卡的current USCIS status 和i864表格，
本人最后一次入境是持F1, 之后就毕业直到找到h1b工作, 期间由于公司被收购h1b有个transfer。
本周老板通知我被解雇，last paycheck day 为周五。 前不久和公民结婚，正在准备绿卡材料。
公司律师说他们一般在收到公司通知的30天内向USCIS请求revoke h1b sponsorship, 而USCIS从收到通知到撤销需要2周。从理论上我的身份应该在今天就结束，但是实际上我在移民局那里变为out of status 应该有4周左右时间。我现在处于此灰色地带，关于我employment情况，应该如何填写i130?
i-130中，
1) 第14项，He or she arrived as a: 我填的是student. 我理解这个是指我最后一次入境时的状态
I-94和arrival date都是最后一次入境的i94和日期。

2) 第15项，name of current employer 严格意义上讲我今天已经失业了，但可能移民局收到我i130时我h1b还没revoke掉，那我这个该怎么填。我该怎么填？last employer, or "unemployed"
-Just put this employer's name there.
同理，I485表格中，
3) Part1 的current USCIS status, 我该填 “temporary worker"吗？ 如果我照时写，对于我这种理论上h1b失业的，我该填"out of status"?
-Just put "H-1B" though you are laid off.
在i864填写时也有疑惑。
4) 我目前失业，但是上一年的工作收入是way above household poverty line, 那么我该把我自己上一年的收入包括在家庭收入中吗？
-No because you did not get married in 2014..
我自己有一部分存款，这些存款也可加入household income吗？
-No.
5) 我老公刚毕业正在找工，上学时一直在学院下面的附属机构做part-time tutor, 他这种工作可以算在上一年收入内吗？
-Yes if the income was obtained in 2014.
6) 由于目前我们两人都没有工作，我们想找她妹妹做sponsor, 我们和她妹妹不住在同一个地方，那么他妹妹是joint sponsor吗？
-Yes if she is a US citizen or green card holder and has income.
填i864还是i864a?
-File I-864.
他的妹夫有工作，是否也需要作为 joint sponsor？
-If his sister has no enough income, her spouse can file I-864A with her I-864 to allow her to use his income to sponsor you. Her spouse has to be a US citizen or green card holder.
7）i864需要哪些supporting document - 是否一定要担保人的support letter?
-Copies of tax return and W-2 of 2014, and the employment verification letter from the employer. If the income is not enough and has to use the assets (e.g. bank deposit, stock, etc.), then also need to provide the proof of the assets such as bank statement, etc.
