母亲绿卡I-485补充材料应该寄到哪个地址, 谢谢！

收到移民局的信让补充新的体检表（去年的已过期）和无犯罪记录证明，信最后写着“you are granted a period of 84 days from the date of this letter to mail the requested documents with this letter to the address listed above. 可是看完整封信只有右上角的U.S. Department of Homeland security 的地址，San Jose Field Office, 1450 Coleman Ave. Santa Clara ,CA 95050, 想确认一下就是寄往这个地址吗？谢谢
