他的130 approved date 是2011年4月。
-Priority date is the I-130 receipt date, not I-130 approval date/notice date. You can find the priority date in the I-130 approval notice.

假设以现在的cutoff（排期对吗？）算的话，比如已婚类上个月排期到了2004年1月，
-Correct, it is Feb. 22, 2004 in June of this year.

至少还要等7年对吗？
