1. 请问若我由绿卡变公民，再邀请父母或亲人来美b2 签证， 或代签，会受影响么，

我父母往返美国多次， 住半年回去，但妹妹上次被拒签？谢谢！
2. 公民宣誓前绿卡遗矢，是否要等replace 卡到才行，必须上交才能宣誓？ 否则reschedule?谢谢！
-If you did not file N-400 yet, you need to file I-90 to get the green card replacement. But because your N-400 has been approved, I am not sure whether you need to file I-90. I suggest you to visit the local USCIS Office to see what they suggest.

I would also suggest you to file report to the local Police Department, and get the Police report before you visit the local USCIS Office.
