今年H1B 收到RFE： SPECIALTY OCCUPATION. 里面有一条： “Copies of any written contracts (or work orders ) between the petitioner and the beneficiary or, if there is no written contract, a summary of the terms of the oral agreement under which the beneficiary will be employed that indicates the services being provided by your company and/or the beneficiary.”。

我的律师要求公司交相关材料时，竟然没提到这点， 是我自己看USCIS 的文件才发现的。 现在的问题是： 我因为去年H1B没抽中，用CPT 工作。申请CPT时，公司有提供学校要求的INTERNSHIP OFFER LETTER. 每学期一个INTERNSHIP OFFER LETTER, 有FULL-TIME 和PART-TIME 的。 但是公司没有给我任何WRITTEN CONTRACTS。
请问8 老师：
1. 我是否可以用这些INTERNSHIP OFFER LETTER 作为WRITTEN CONTRACT.

2. 如果不行，那么我是否要让公司写一个 “ a summary of the terms of the oral agreement under which the beneficiary will be employed that indicates the services being provided by your company and/or the beneficiary.”

3. 我是否可以打印manager 布置给我的PROJECT 的EMAIL，作为 WORK ORDER 的证据？
- RFE for SPECIALTY OCCUPATION means that USCIS ask your employer to prove that the position for the H-1B has to require Bachelor or higher degree ( 即申请职位是否一定需要一个拥有本科以上学历的人担任)。Response to RFE for SPECIALTY OCCUPATION is very  complicate, and you need to discuss it with your lawyer, and ask the lawyer/employer to do it carefully in case USCIS deny the H-1B petition.
