8老师： 原先雇主file的EB2 I140，已经批了，但排期不到，没有交I485。现在为新雇主工作，结果排期到了，联系原先律师，说可以递交I485，但是费用很高，而且后果自负。我该怎么办？ 非常感谢您的指导。
-You can not file I-485 using that I-140 unless your old employer (I-140 sponsor) will hire you back to work after you get the green card (you need a support letter from that employer to address it with the I-485 filing).
