我以前EB-2, I-140
去年EB-3从新I-140，到I-485, 体检了，打了指纹。后来排期倒退。
现在EB-2排期到了，我的理解，EB-2需要交I-485, 或者RELINK，体检过期要再做。
-Not need to do the physical exam again if you request I-485 interfiling unless USCIS send you RFE.
可律师说什么都不必做。最多按要求提交雇佣证明，工资单。
不小的事务所，我还是跟他们大头联系的。难道我理解有问题？
-Based on USCIS Memo (the Pearson Memo of 2000), you need to request the I-485 interfiling in writing though sometimes USCIS may do it automatically for you.
