I filed I-130 for my brother and his family in 2002 ( PD: 8/8/2002).
Last week(May 8), I received an interview letter(dated May 1) from NVC, the interview is scheduled in June.
Does it mean the Priority Date has became current on May 1 or May 8?
According to CSPA age calculation, my niece's CSPA age will be turning to 21 on May 22. I believe my niece is not age-out.
But someone said she is age-out because the cutoff date is August 1, 2002 for May Visa Bulletin (published on April 13). Is it true?
This interview letter does not include my niece's name. What should I do to get my niece case processing fast if she is not age-out?
